Aysia Smith is the player liaison officer for Bournemouth, responsible for supporting the team during their pre-season tour. She told BBC Radio Solent: "I don't think you can pinpoint my job to certain things because it is very broad. It is a very reactive role, so it almost depends on what is happening from matchday duties to onboarding players."

She also helps to pay bills, book holidays, and work out the logistics of things. "The best way to describe it would be everything we do in every day life, I assist our 30 players with," she said.
